Returning an item to Uniqueshoppers Inc.is simple and painless. We are happy to provide a refund within 14 Days from the date of purchase.
1. We accept merchandise returns. You can initiate the process of return within a week of delivery of product by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original packaging as well. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
3. For all the returns the consumer shall bear the cost of shipping. The fee should be determined by the express company you select.If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. If you choose to ship back to us untracked, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment within 30 days if you are authorized.
