Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

We are working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible and are safely picking, packing and posting out as many orders as we can each day but orders may take a little longer than usual to get to you.

USA & Canada Postage

Standard Tracked USA–US – USD 7 + USD 2.5 for each additional item. Delivery time : 3-5 days

Canada : USD 9 + USD 2.5 for each additional item, Delivery time : 4-7 days

UK – USD 10 + USD 3 for each additional item : Delivery time – 1-2 weeks

Worldwide : Keep as it is : Delivery time – 7-21 days

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking is provided for all orders. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

When Should I Expect My Order?

All the deliveries are usually delivered within 4-5 working days, but can sometimes take up to 7-14 days in Canada and US.

International Deliveries takes up to 14-35 days.

Need To Cancel Your Order?

– If you wish to cancel your order, click here.

– If you do not manage to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you can return it to us for a full refund by following the instructions on our returns page.

Need To Change Your Delivery Address? 

If you wish to change your delivery address, click here.

Uniqshoppers Inc. will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect address will be refunded via E-Gift Card once your package is returned to our warehouse.

Here’s the full small print on postage, packaging and delivery.

We aim to deliver standard Canada delivery orders in 3-5 days and priority USA delivery orders 5-9 days. Please wait up to 7 days for Standard Canada deliveries – just because every so often courier parcels can be delayed with the postal service due to very high volumes.

Please Note: Any undelivered orders must be reported to us within 30 days, after this we are unable to rectify. 

Payment

– All orders will be debited in the currency in which the order is placed.
– We accept payment by credit or debit card and PayPal.

Extra Delivery Information

Any extra delivery information given during the checkout process will be included on the delivery address label, however, we are unable to guarantee that the delivery person will always follow these instructions.
